It was a summer day when Scott took Katie on what she thought to be a casual date. Because Katie LOVES horses, Scott had secretly planned a horseback ride (he even brought her boots) and a romantic picnic. Now Katie probably loves Scott just as much - if not more - than riding because he proposed at that picnic ... and she said yes!!
This is the very same horse that Katie rode on their engagement date. He must have liked her better than Scott because when Scott climbed on, he nearly got bucked off!!
